Nicole Brossard

Nicole Brossard, twice the recipient of the Governor General’s Award, winner of the Prix Athanase David and the W.O. Micthell Award (2003), and member of l’Académie des Lettres du Québec, is the author of more than thirty books, including Fluid Arguments, She Would Be the First Sentence of My Next Novel (The Mercury Press), Mauve Desert and Baroque at Dawn (both McClelland & Stewart), and Intimate Journal. She lives in Montreal.
